Nidra Meditation: “Yogic Sleep” As your body relaxes, you become open to meeting emotional and mental patterns that are holding you back, combining the benefits of meditation with the benefits of sleep. Over time, people who “dare to rest” tell us that consistent practice often leads to transformation in their lives especially sleep, energy, emotions, and confidence.
NADA: An acupuncture protocol helping detoxify the body. This protocol uses 5 superfine needles in the external ear to calm the body and synchronize organ systems. Promotes better sleep, decrease in anxiety and agitation, reduces cravings for alcohol and other drugs, relief from stress and trauma, easier connection to inner wisdom, emotions, relaxation, and letting go of tension. Breathwork has shown to help balance blood pressure, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, increase focus and positive feelings, and support respiratory and immune function. Have you ever noticed what happens to your breath when you are anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed? It will typically be shallow, constricted, and short. By increasing our awareness and being intentional about how we breathe through different practices, we experience deeper, longer breaths which helps our nervous system downshift resulting in a sense of ease and wellbeing.
The more we practice, the deeper those connections become. Drop ins are welcomed.
