Breathwork has been shown to help balance blood pressure, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, increase focus and positive feelings, and support respiratory and immune function. Have you ever noticed what happens to your breath when you are anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed? It will typically be shallow, constricted, and short. By increasing our awareness and being intentional about how we breathe through different practices, we experience deeper, longer breaths which helps our nervous system downshift resulting in a sense of ease and wellbeing.

The more we practice, the deeper those connections become.

Jen offers breathwork sessions virtually and live for all ages and abilities. Breathe with Jen is a weekly breathwork class at our office each Thursday at 7 PM. Join in to learn some commonly taught breathing exercises by the Breath Body Mind Foundation. Drop ins are welcome.

Jen’s weekly sessions are offered virtually and live for all ages and abilities.  She is also happy to offer 1-1, couple, teens, special needs and small private groups, virtually or in person.

This midweek, mid day 30 minute class is meant as a quick lunchtime reset.  We do 10-15 minutes of easy movement with breathing and then 10-15 minutes of coherent breathing, the key practice for Breath Body Mind.  You can join any Wednesday with or without your camera from anywhere.  

Thursday Class— 7pm Eastern LIVE

Our live Thursday evening class is done completely seated.  You can sit on the floor or in a chair.  We start every class with 10-15 minutes of gentle breathing with movement exercises and end every class lying down (if you are comfortable) practicing coherent breathing.  This class is meant to be healing and restful, in fact many classes our participants fall asleep.  

RSVP is not required, although please do try to be on time as to not disrupt the peaceful time.
