Jen came to breathwork and yoga due to chronic neck pain and found simple practices that help her daily to increase her self-care, reduce stress, relief from pain and rest for her busy mind.  

The exercises she offers are from my certifications from the Breath Body Mind Foundation and Special Yoga for Special People UK. All of the practices are evidence-based and taught all over the world. Jen says that, “learning and experiencing these exercises in a group setting with people living in areas of great trauma and war was truly a holy, deeply moving experience.”  

Participants find breathwork for a variety of reasons, including reducing stress, insomnia, anxiety, trauma, pain, and more.  

Jen’s weekly sessions are offered virtually and live for all ages and abilities.  She is am also happy to offer 1-1, couple, teens, special needs and small private groups, virtually or in person.

Wednesday Class Virtually — 12:30pm Eastern via Zoom

This midweek, mid day 30 minute class is meant as a quick lunchtime reset.  We do 10-15 minutes of easy movement with breathing and then 10-15 minutes of coherent breathing, the key practice for Breath Body Mind.  You can join any Wednesday from anywhere with or without your video! RSVP is not required.

Thursday Class — 7pm Eastern LIVE
at Connections Integrated Wellness

Our live Thursday evening class is done completely seated.  You can sit on the floor or in a chair.  We start every class with 10-15 minutes of gentle breathing with movement exercises and end every class lying down (if you are comfortable) practicing coherent breathing.  This class is meant to be healing and restful, in fact many classes our participants fall asleep.  

RSVP is not required, although please do try to be on time as to not disrupt the peaceful time.
