There are many challenges we face throughout our lives that impact our ability to function and manage daily tasks. They may affect our personal self-care, interpersonal and family relationships, and work/academic responsibilities. These difficulties can leave us feeling confused, anxious, isolated, etc. As a therapist, I want to walk alongside you and provide the support needed to help on your journey towards healing and find what works best for your personal experience.

I am passionate about working with individuals and families navigating challenges including grief and loss, life transition, and social/emotional development. Developmental and life changes can be confusing for children/adolescents and families. I want to help you cope with the changes and provide the tools needed to understand your unique process.

I strive to create a comforting environment where individuals and families can feel seen, heard, and safe. I use a variety of approaches to therapy including play therapy, sand tray, art, writing, and experiential activities. I utilize a systemic approach to help understand influences impacting different areas of the individual or family.
