Specialty Areas: Addiction, Co-dependency

Client Populations: Young Adult, Adult

My passion is working with those who have substance use, codependency, shame, and poor self worth. These experiences lead us to feeling empty, alone and unworthy. I believe through connection, sharing, and working on becoming your authentic self, you are able to gain strength and skills to overcome those struggles. My goal is to help guide, support and teach you how to be resilient and build a life worth living.

Starting anything new can be scary but it’s through that willingness to be vulnerable that we gain strength to overcome it. Because I believe that connection is key, we will work on building trust and a safe space for you to work on, explore and walk through all those issues that leave you feeling less than.

If you or someone you love is struggling with substance use issues along with anxiety, shame, codependency and feelings of being less than I would love for you to reach out and see if we would be a good fit. I have almost 20 years of experience working with folks who have substance use and co-occurring issues.
